What insurance cover is included in the price quoted?
Your luxury car hire quote will include fully comprehensive cover for one named driver although bear in mind that a security deposit / excess does apply.

How much is the Security Deposit / Excess?
Typically, the amount of security deposit / excess depends on which luxury car hire you have rented. Our typical deposit is between £2500 to £15,000. Excess are up to £100,000

Is there an age limit to drive the vehicles?

This is generally set by insurers, but is normally 25 to 70.

I am under the 25/30 age requirement or over the 65/70 bracket for the vehicles, can I still hire?
Contact us using the contact form and we can contact the insurance company on your behalf.

Can I drive the car, under the required age, if I am the second driver?
No

I have only had a full licence for one year can I still hire?
Unfortunately not, all drivers require a minimum of 2 years driving experience.

Does your insurance cover include towing and does it cover what I am towing?
No

Can I hire if I have 6 points on my licence?
Yes, on most occasions this is fine.

I have more than 6 points on my license, or a drink driving ban or a conviction for driving with no insurance, can I still hire a car?
We would need to submit the application to the insurance company. Please contact us and we can make this enquiry in your behalf.

Can I hire if I do not hold a UK driving licence?
This is generally fine. EU drivers licenses are accepted.

Can I take the car outside of the UK?
No

Is European Insurance Included?
No

What is included in the online quote?
We include full comprehensive insurance for one named driver (subject to an excess) Generous daily mileage allowance and breakdown / roadside assistance within the UK

Are there any additional charges apart from the basic rental price?

We do not include fuel int he rental price. Additional extra charges may apply such as; child/booster seats, excess reduction (if available),  Airport pickup and “delivery and collection” services.

Is there a discount available for hiring more than one car at the same time?
Sure, get in touch so that we can discuss your requirements in more detail.

Do you do longer term hires?
Yes, we offer long term hires at preferential rates.

Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, our security deposits range from between £1500-£5000 depending on the vehicle, this is fully refundable on return of the vehicle in the same condition as it was hired.

What is the minimum hire length?
The minimum hire period is 48 hours across our fleet. *A few high value vehicles can be subject to a 4 day minimum.

During the Summer months and Christmas, the minimum hire period at the weekend is 3 days. Summer months are May, June, July and August.

How can I pay for my rental?
You can pay for your rental using a Credit or Debit Card in your name. Or, direct bank transfer. We do not accept cheques.

Do you accept credit cards/Amex? 
Yes, we accept all credit cards, however as a first time client, you may be request to make your hire payment via bank transfer as part of security reasons.

When do I need to pay?
To confirm your luxury car hire booking we require 100% of the hire fee paid immediately on invoice. This will secure the vehicle. The refundable security deposit is due a week before or in impulse hire, at least a day before the hire commences.

Are there any fees for modifying booking details or cancelling a booking?
You can modify your reservation details before the rental is confirmed, including the length of the rental. Please note that if you change the reservation details your quote may be charged.

Can someone else pay for my hire on my behalf?
Yes, however we would need to ask for the same ID as from the driver to prevent fraud.
