How early should I book a chauffeur?
Depends on the car. Standard transfer 24 hours is usually fine. Want the Phantom on New Year’s Eve? Book it now. The premium vehicles go fast on peak dates and we’d rather tell you early than disappoint you later.
What's the minimum hire time for a chauffeur?
One hour for most bookings. Airport runs we price per journey, not per hour just send us the route and we’ll come back with a number.
Can I hire a chauffeur for multiple stops?
That’s what the as-directed service is for. Driver stays with you all day between meetings, between venues, wherever the day takes you. Four, eight or twelve hours, your call.
Do prices change on weekends or during special events?
Some dates carry a premium big events, bank holidays, New Year. We tell you the rate upfront, before anything’s confirmed. What you’re quoted is what you pay.
Can I choose the same chauffeur every time?
We try. Regular clients who want a specific driver just ask when you book. We’ll do what we can to make it happen.
What happens if the trip runs longer than expected?
Standard hourly rate kicks in for the extra time. Your driver doesn’t clock off and leave just flag it and carry on.
