The GTS sits between the Carrera S and the Turbo in the 911 range. It takes the Carrera S’s 3.0-litre twin-turbo flat-six and extracts an extra 30bhp — 443bhp vs 450bhp on the Carrera S — bringing 0-60 down from 3.9 to 3.7 seconds. What you also get is Sport Chrono as standard, wider GTS body styling, black exterior trim, Alcantara throughout the interior and a sport exhaust fitted from the factory. The GTS is rear-wheel drive in this specification, which means you get the classic 911 rear-engine balance without the additional weight and complexity of AWD.
