The Audi R8 quickly became a popular luxury car of choice when it was produced in 2007. If there’s a car that fits the “Supercar for every occasion” brief, this is it, with it’s all-wheel drive for all types of weather, clear windows, and the plushest of cabins.

It comes with 533BHIP and revs up to 2,500 rpm from the moment the engine is switched on. The R8 engine enables the car to go from 0 to 62.1 MPH in less than 4 seconds, and reaches a top speed of 198.8 MPH. The smooth acceleration pulls the car effortlessly, with gear changes hardly noticeable. The Dynamic Drive option enables the driver to switch between Comfort, Auto, Dynamic, and Individual modes. Regardless of the conditions of the road, the R8 continuously maintains it’s composure whilst being steered.

The lightweight design concept expressed in the car’s interior and exterior are emphasised in the tight lines and arch-shaped “monoposto” which wraps itself around the cockpit. The controls for the automatic air conditioner are placed along the lower edge of the instrument panel, which appears to float weightlessly. The sport seats consist of integrated head restraints, covered in charming Alcantara, and the storage of the car has 112 litres of luggage space in the front, with another 226 litres at the back.

Every function of mine can be controlled by my leather steering wheel, whilst information is portrayed through the virtual Audi cockpit, which is a 12.3 inch screen and monitor presenting all detailed information in high-res graphics.
