2 proofs of address (utility bills, bank statements or anything of a formal nature dated within the last 3 months)
- Insurance document showing coverage of hire vehicle, clearly stating the value and terms of coverage. This can be via American express platinum or centurion card, other card providers with insurance coverage or an independent insurance certificate for the hire
- Photo page of passport
