The new Rolls-Royce Cullinan, named after the largest diamond ever found, will cost in excess of £230k and aims to establish itself as the most luxurious SUV in the world, topping the likes of Range Rover and Bentley in terms of power, speed and aesthetic. Tested on some of the harshest terrains all over the globe, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan now makes driving ‘effortless everywhere’, tackling ice, rock and mud with ease whilst of course, offering a meticulous cabin space where every element has been considered and designed to ensure the ultimate in comfort and performance. A first for the elite marque, now luxury car fans anywhere can enjoy the comfort and relaxation of a prestige Rolls-Royce anywhere in the world. Delivering the ‘magic carpet ride’ style of transport that Rolls-Royce have become famous for, passengers can enjoy the comfort of a smooth journey whilst drivers can test out the Cullinan’s driving ability to its full potential. All wheel drive, another first for Rolls-Royce, brings the capabilities to a whole new level, offering one of the most luxurious 4x4s to ever have been made. Whether it’s the dunes of Dubai or the mountains of Scotland, two of the places this beautiful 2018 prestige car has been extensively tested in, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan will ensure you’re kept comfortable, relaxed and always ready to make an entrance. From the outside, the new Rolls-Royce Cullinan has a distinctive and powerful presence, echoing the heritage and signature styling of their flagship designs in a whole new form. Its body is high and empowering, standing six feet off the ground with a prominent silhouette, while the front displays the iconic Rolls-Royce grille plate and angular design, reminiscent of the Rolls-Royce Dawn. Designed and made in Goodwood here in the UK, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan is the marque’s answer to its customers’ needs for a bigger, more luxurious SUV which is suitable for families as well as individuals. The new luxury SUV keeps Rolls-Royce traditional inward closing coach doors which have been improved to prevent the transfer of dirt, combining years of innovation and experience to make for the perfect prestige SUV which is as big on performance as it is on refinement. As well as being fully bespoke, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan makes for the perfect chauffeur driven hire car, offering passengers a luxury experience in an acoustically sealed cabin, complete with extravagant extras such as a champagne cooler for the ultimate journey. The rear space can be fully transformed to make space for extra luggage and buyers also have the option of including two seats which electronically fold out from the boot to allow you to stop and enjoy your surroundings, be it the view from the top of a mountain or the sunset on a warm beach. Of course, as well as ensuring you drive on harsh terrain with ease, the new Rolls-Royce Cullinan has been tested and perfected to drive on normal roads. Not only is it suitable for quick trips around the city for professionals, it has been perfectly tailored to suit families for everyday driving and long-haul journeys. With over 100 years of design heritage, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan is the epitome of luxury, combining the finest materials and expert craftmanship for a truly stunning vehicle. Featuring the new aluminium spaceframe, it is larger than the Bentley Bentayga and extended wheelbase Range Rover models, all whilst retaining phenomenal power and speed. Different driving modes allow you to explore every corner of the world with ease, selecting specific settings which have been configured to snow, rock and sand. Whilst you’re free to travel anywhere, passengers and drivers can experience little to no noise with advanced soundproofing and state of the art technology which makes the journey as smooth as possible. The 6.75 litre twin-turbo V12 engine is capable of an electronically limited 155mph, though speed is simply not the selling point of this vehicle. Featuring the same luxury interior options as the marque’s other prestige vehicles, drivers and passengers can experience one of the finest designs in the world, surrounded by luxury leather and wooden finishing and not looking dissimilar to the interior of a private jet. Whilst one of the reasons for its design was Rolls-Royce’s attempt to create a more informal car which could be enjoyed for more than just the arrival to or from a destination, this impeccable design means that it is both perfect for hiring for chauffeur drop-off to events and special occasions as well as self-drive hire to explore less accessible parts of the UK. For us, this has got to be the most exciting luxury car which has been revealed this year and, of course, we will be adding it to our luxury Rolls-Royce fleet once it goes on sale later this year.
