Europe Starr Luxury Cars – Chauffeur Service Terms and Conditions. (Last Updated 11th February 2025)
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
Minimum charge is 4 hours (subject to seasonal increase). Minimum charges vary for prestige vehicles.
All our prices are quoted in Euros.
All our prices are inclusive of All prices are exclusive of tips.
All hire charges are rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes.
All parking and entrance are chargeable at costs.
Your booking charge may be subject to additional waiting time and car park.
For credit account clients, all cancellations must be prior to 48 hours before booking time, else 100% chargeable.
Cancellations where payment has been made is subject to a 30% cancellation charge.
Cancellations where payment has been made is subject to 50% charge (7 days – under 14 days to the hire).
Cancellations where payment has been made is subject to 75% charge (48hrs – under 7 days to the hire).
Cancellations where payment has been made under 48 hours notice to hire time is subject to 100% charge.
All hiring starts from the exact pick-up point to the exact destination entered only.
We operate a no smoking policy in all our vehicles.
Starr Luxury Cars accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the vehicle however such loss occurs.
Our chauffeurs will travel using the most appropriate routes unless instructed otherwise at the time of booking.
Starr Luxury Cars accept no responsibility for bodily injury, death, or sickness to the signatory of the contract, invoice payer, or any other person aboard.
Starr Luxury Cars will make every effort that our chauffeurs arrive on time, however, we cannot take responsibility for unforeseen circumstances (i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions, strikes, or roadworks).
Starr Luxury Cars will endeavor to provide the vehicle you request. However, in the unlikely event that we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle of similar type and capacity. You will be informed of this.
When the client desires to travel to a particular place, the chauffeur will travel by the most suitable route at the time.
Starr Luxury Cars may increase charges on Public Holidays and other occasions and shall inform all concerned of such charges in advance.
Any bookings made for 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December, and January 1st may attract an additional charge of 100% on prices published and quoted by other communication methods. You will be informed of any surcharges before your hire is confirmed.
Starr Luxury Cars is a platform, and we use carefully selected partner operators; we only use partner operators that have the same high standard as ourselves.
Lost Properties
Starr Luxury Cars will keep a “lost property book” at the office and will endeavor to return any lost items in our vehicle(s) or partner operator vehicle(s) to all Clients (additional charges may apply).
Bookings
Starr Luxury Cars will require the lead names of clients they are driving.
Any quotation provided by Starr Luxury Cars is not a confirmed booking until the applicant has confirmed and paid for the booking via email to: Sales@starrluxurycars.com or via Phone +44203 600 1631.
By supplying your email address and contact details, you permit Starr Luxury Cars to contact you via email. In return, we promise this information is kept by Starr Luxury Cars and is only used to service the applicant’s request.
Business & Personnel Accounts
Prior to making any Bookings for Account Services, the Customer must first open an Account with Starr Luxury Cars. (Please fill in the PDF contract form).
Business or personnel accounts can be set up with credit and debit cards or alternatively direct debit as a method of payment.
Invoices are issued in Euros.
All applicants for opening an account with Starr Luxury Cars must provide two references required to check creditworthiness.
Personnel accounts customers must also provide two recent utility bills.
All account charges incurred shall be invoiced after each booking or on the last working day of each month.
As a condition of opening an account, the applicant must agree to pay all invoices within 7 days from the date of invoice.
Late payments will incur an interest charge of 5% daily.
At the time an account is authorized, Starr Luxury Cars may set a Credit Limit.
In the event that the applicant has exceeded the Credit Limit, Starr Luxury Cars may withhold the Service.
Termination of Account
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing one month’s written notice.
Clients that are in breach of Terms & Conditions, Starr Luxury Cars shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately.
When an Account is terminated, the Customer shall pay all outstanding charges as of the date of termination.
Non-Accounts
Starr Luxury Cars reserves the right to request full payment or a deposit when making a Non-Account booking.
All Non-Account bookings can be made by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Debit Card, with a 30% payment required in advance.
Payments
If there are any changes or variations, including extra mileage, the clientele shall be charged extra.
Payment shall be required 24 hours prior to the travel date by bank transfer, credit, or debit card.
As Directed / Journeys Over 80 KM
Any bookings with a total driving distance over 80 KM will be subject to a bespoke quote, and a booking will only become confirmed once the full payment is received.
No Shows
If the client does not appear at the time and place designated at the pickup point, the charge will be raised at the full rate.
If no payment is received within 72 hours, the booking will be classed as a no-show, and any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
Disorderly Behavior
Starr Luxury Cars reserves the right to refuse travel to anyone deemed to be a nuisance or danger.
Clients are fully responsible for all damages they cause to the interior of the vehicle.
Airport Transfers
We allow a waiting time of 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international landings free of charge.

The maximum seating capacity of the vehicle is determined by Starr Luxury Cars and must not be exceeded.
Complaints
All complaints must be notified in writing to Starr Luxury Cars within 14 days.
Disputes
If there is any dispute regarding charges, it must be notified within 14 days.
In the event of any disputes regarding Terms and Conditions, Starr Luxury Cars’ decision shall be final.
Alter of Terms & Conditions
Starr Luxury Cars reserves the right to alter or vary ‘Terms & Conditions’ at its absolute discretion.
No representations or variations shall have any force unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Starr Luxury Cars.
