Terms and Conditions

By Purchasing a Starr Luxury Cars London tour, you agreed to abide by our terms and conditions. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our packages you have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in an official email from Starr Luxury Cars, all purchases made through Starr Luxury Cars, are subject to these terms and conditions: in all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking.

Your details

You are responsible for ensuring that details you provide us is correct and up to date

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Prices

Prices for our tours are for the capacity of the vehicles, and is limited to the number of passengers the vehicles can carry.

Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

Prices do not include tips to the driver, nor coverage for food and beverage bills.

Tips are at your discretion.

All price variances from original will be informed and confirmed prior to change in price

Payments

Starr Luxury Cars accept all major debit and credit cards.

There is no charge or service fee for processing payments for Starr Luxury tours

Full payment is required at the time of confirming booking.

Cardholder must be present at the time of presenting the service.

Amendments, cancellations and refunds

Amendments can only be made 48 days before your booking and by sending an email request to cars@starrluxurycars.com

Amendments can only be made to your vehicle booking, all tickets and passes bookings made on behalf of the booker are the responsibility of the booker

For full and half day London Luxury tours, a full refund will only be made up to 48 hours prior to departure; otherwise 100% charge will apply.

In the event that a venue is not visited during your tour due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, Starr Luxury Cars does not bear the responsibility of missed visits.

We are unable to issue refunds for any bookings we have acted as agents for, all third-party bookings issue we make on your behalf will have to be dealt with the vendor.

Complaints

We want you to enjoy your London Luxury tour and every experience with us albeit things do not always go according to plan and if you feel that we have not lived up to your expectations, or that we could improve our service in some way. Please let us know by emailing cars@starrluxurycars.com and we will respond to you 5 working days.

Special Requirements

At Starr Luxury Cars, we pride ourselves in making every experience with us memorable. It is important at the time of your booking you make us aware of all special requirements so we can serve you to the best of our ability. We continue to improve our service standard and we cannot guarantee the service standard levels by third parties.

Accident or Loss

We bear no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employee’s negligence, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the refund of the tour cost

We do not own or manage vehicles for our London Luxury tours, establishments, accommodations and restaurants used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof.
